STOCKTON, California — A 45-year-old man has died after being shot in a vehicle collision incident, leading to the arrest of a suspect, according to the Stockton Police Department. The suspect, Danielle Milichichi, 37, was apprehended by task forces in Stockton.On November 13, 2024, officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision involving a pedestrian near Highway 4 and the San Joaquin River.
