GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) – A 20-year federal prison sentence has been handed down to a Van Buren County man who groomed a Washington state girl for more than a year, then brought her to his home near South Haven.
Keith Freerksen, 31, started talking to the girl online in November 2022 when she was 13.
