AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department arrested a suspect after stopping in the middle of the roadway and running away on foot in North Austin this morning.
On Feb. 7, at 6:58 a.m. APD responded to a report of a suspicious person at 12400 block of North Mopac Expressway SVRD NB.
