OLATHE, Kan. (KCTV) – The man who was killed during an overnight shooting at an Olathe apartment complex has been identified as a 28-year-old from Independence.
The Olathe, Kansas, Police Department announced on Friday, Feb. 7, that investigators have identified the victim of a homicide reported earlier in the week as Eduardo E. Portillo, 28, of Independence.
