Man claims he is a “certified killer,” shows gun to restaurant employee

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A man is being charged after threatening an employee when complaining about food quality at a Creve Couer restaurant.

Norbert Cody has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon.

According to court documents, on October 30, 2024, Cody entered a Crazy Bowls and Wraps restaurant in Creve Coeur to complain about food he had purchased. He became upset and showed an employee of the store a card stating that he is a “certified killer,” and then raised his pants leg to display a handgun…
