BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 23-year-old man on Friday pleaded no contest to an assault charge in connection with a shooting that took place at a convenience store in Arvin, according to court records.
Bryan Andrade pleaded no contest to assault with a gun, records show. Six other counts, including attempted murder, were dismissed. Sentencing is set for March 11.
