Women charged in ‘retail crime ring’ that operated in 4 Mass. counties, DA says

Two women have been indicted on charges related to an alleged “retail crime ring” that stole thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from stores in four Massachusetts counties, according to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office.

A Plymouth County Superior Court grand jury indicted 34-year-old Johana Margarita Luis Quispe and 28-year-old Brenda Ampudia Tocto on one count each of aggravated organized retail crime and larceny over $1,200 on Friday, the district attorney’s office said a press release.
