MIAMI GARDENS, Florida — Broward Sheriff’s Office investigators have arrested a third suspect in the double homicide of a mother and her four-year-old daughter, which occurred last June on the Florida Turnpike.The suspect, 20-year-old Kamarri Sanders, was apprehended by the Broward Sheriff’s Office V.I.P.E.R. (Violence Intervention Proactive Enforcement Response) team on Friday, Feb. 7, in Miami Gardens, according to a press release from the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
