SUTTON — A Spencer man was arrested Saturday after a multi-agency vehicle pursuit that spanned multiple towns and ended with the deployment of spike strips.
The incident began at approximately 11:35 a.m. on Feb. 8 when Detective Sinni of the Sutton Police Department attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 South.
