WASHINGTON COUNTY Ore. (KPTV) – A 57-year-old man is dead after rear-ending a semi-truck on I-5 Thursday night, according to the Oregon State Police.
The accident occurred about 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, near milepost 288 in Washington County.
