HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — The three victims in a collision on Highway 701 involving a tractor-trailer on Monday have been identified by the Horry County Coroner’s Office.
Larry Dean Capps, 56, Crystal Ward, 47, and Bobby Gathings, 38, all died on the scene from traumatic injuries.
