BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A fifth suspect in a lottery scam investigation has been arrested after a police chase in Gulf Shores, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

According to FBI officials, the suspect was spotted near Fort Morgan Road around 8 a.m. Wednesday.
From there, a police chase began but quickly ended on County Road 4 in Gulf Shores after traveling into Orange Beach and back into Gulf Shores.
