Yelp announces ‘Top 100 Places to Eat’ in U.S. 2025 — and only 2 South Florida restaurants make the cut

Using troves of customer reviews — literally hundreds of thousands of people raving about club sandwiches and boba tea — Yelp has decreed that two South Florida restaurants belong on its “Top 100 Places to Eat in the U.S. 2025” list.

Yes, just two in all of South Florida — and both in Broward County, passing over the entirety of Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. They are: Amy’s French Bakery & Bistro in Pompano Beach, a neighborhood sit-down and all-day breakfast house known for scratch omelets, fresh-baked baguette sandwiches, almond crepes and Nutella french toast, which came in at No. 9. (It’s also a repeat Top 100er, after ranking as No. 34 in 2024). And Twice Removed in Fort Lauderdale, a french fry-obsessed restaurant and cocktail bar, at No. 52.
