Police officers recently responded to a solo vehicle traffic collision, according to the Fountain Valley Police Department .
During a search of the vehicle, the police officers located shell casings inside the vehicle and a loaded handgun nearby.
The driver was ultimately arrested for a slew of firearm charges, DUI Drugs, and several narcotics violations.
The driver was also identified as the suspect in a 2023 theft case…
