Hollywood romances are common, but some on-screen sibling relationships have spilled over into real life. Here are a few examples:

“Parenthood” stars Peter Krause and Lauren Graham began dating while playing siblings Adam and Sarah Braverman. They were together for over a decade before splitting in 2021.

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson were already married when Wilson played Hanks’ sister in “Sleepless in Seattle.” They remain one of Hollywood’s most enduring couples.
