NWS Warns Minnesotans of Dangerous Weather Monday and Tuesday

Mother Nature finally woke up after taking the first half of winter off. On Friday night, cities across Minnesota received several inches of snow, creating difficult travel conditions.

The Minnesota State Patrol responded to over 400 crashes. Motorists are reminded to slow down and leave extra room between them and other vehicles to avoid winter crashes. Now, the National Weather Service is warning residents to prepare for another round of dangerous weather.

Up until recently, this winter has been a major letdown for outdoor enthusiasts. The chance to get out for snowmobiling or sledding with your kids was nonexistent.
