Lieutenant Dan Zdybek of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office recently won an award for his vintage snowmobile, according to a community announcement.
In 2022, he modified the snowmobile to resemble a patrol unit, using funds from his family.
Zdybek entered the vehicle in the “33rd annual Long Riders-Relic Run” in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, a 35-mile event that raises money for schools and church charities. With more than 300 participants, he took first place in the “most unique” category…
