The addition of Toyota Financial Services (TFS) will boost Frisco’s reputation as a growing hub for business even more, adding to the area’s ongoing economic growth .
Toyota Financial Services Expands Presence In North Texas
TFS, which provides financing and insurance for Toyota and Lexus vehicles, signed a lease for The Offices at Southstone Yards, a 242,000-square-foot building at 4401 Cirrus Way, developed by Dallas-based Crow Holdings. This new office is expected to accommodate approximately 1,000 TFS employees and is scheduled to open later this year.
TFS will occupy the entire building, which boasts top-tier amenities including a fitness and wellness center, various meeting spaces, private terraces on each floor, access to three acres of surrounding parkland and other high-end features.
