Charges: Man’s single punch killed victim outside of Minneapolis tobacco shop

A 42-year-old man has been charged with 2nd-degree murder after a man died days after he was punched outside of a south Minneapolis tobacco shop in broad daylight.

Coby Levan Richardson, of Minneapolis, is also charged with 1st-degree manslaughter, threats of violence and 5th-degree assault in the Feb. 15 attack, which resulted in the death of a 47-year-old man.
