Local rapper Kanye West has seemingly called out his former sister-in-law, Kylie Jenner, in a recent social media post. West praised actor Timothée Chalamet, who is currently dating Jenner.
The reason for the post remains unclear. West later claimed he was trying to “deflect” from earlier posts about Nazis.
Earlier this month, West sparked outrage by declaring himself a Nazi and expressing admiration for Adolf Hitler. He also appeared to criticize Elon Musk, owner of the social media platform where he made the comments.
Days later, West reversed his stance, claiming he is not a Nazi. However, the public remains skeptical of his sincerity. Many social media users have criticized West for his attention-seeking behavior and offensive statements.
West’s account had been temporarily deactivated following the anti-Semitic posts, but has since been reinstated with a sensitive content warning.
In a new post, West stated his intention to perform at next year’s Super Bowl while wearing a swastika T-shirt. This follows the shutdown of his Yeezy website by Shopify for selling similar shirts.
