Concerns over Syracuse Housing Authority leadership growing

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh is sharing his strongest words yet for Bill Simmons, executive director for Syracuse Housing Authority. Simmons is in charge of the East Adams Neighborhood Transformation Project.

Mayor Walsh said he does not have confidence in Syracuse Housing Authority’s executive director, Bill Simmons to lead the completion of the East Adams Neighborhood Transformation. He also added he does not see a path forward for Simmons as executive director.
