A Minneapolis woman is facing multiple felony charges after her two-month-old twins were hospitalized for fentanyl exposure.
Authorities responded to a 911 call on Jan. 2, 2025, regarding an infant struggling to breathe at an upper-unit residence on Broadway Street Northeast.
