A Walton County man was recently sentenced to serve time in prison after he pleaded guilty to a charge that he secretly made videos of an Athens woman without her knowledge or consent.
The defendant, Shayne Alan Bowden, 44, of Loganville, pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy. Clarke County Superior Court Judge Eric Norris imposed a sentence of five years with the first four years in prison.
