8:15 p.m. UPDATE
A call about stolen car keys to the Tallahassee Police Department Sunday afternoon ended with the the SWAT team convincing an armed barricaded suspect to give himself up.
It all began with a 12:53 p.m. call from the 1900 block of Corvallis Avenue in reference to the set of stolen keys.
Police learned the suspect, Marquis Ellis, had traveled to West 10 Apartments, which is marketed as a “resort style student-oriented apartment complex.”…
