OTTAWA COUNTY, Ohio — A 16-year-old foster child in the custody of the Ottawa County Department of Job and Family Services is missing, according to a post on the department’s social media pages.
Natalie Lopez left her foster home in Youngstown around 7 p.m. on Saturday and never returned.
