Meridian, ID (CBS2) — A fire erupted in the garage of a Meridian residence early Sunday morning, according to Meridian Fire.
The blaze, reported at approximately 3:13 a.m., was quickly contained by the first arriving Meridian Fire crews, who noted light smoke coming from the garage.
The homeowners, who were asleep at the time, were awoken by their smoke detectors and evacuated safely with their family before the fire could spread further…
