CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – The Chesapeake Fire Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect believed to have started multiple fires in Chesapeake.
According to officials, the fires were started near Bainbridge Boulevard and Chapin Road in the South Norfolk area of the city.
