The annaul Krewe of Rio Mardi Gras parade rolled through Lafayette Saturday night, and the rain didn’t bother some paradegoers.
Floats, marching bands, and other attractions started their journey near downtown Lafayette and ultimately rolled down Johnston Street. Unfortunately, the conditions in Lafayette were not ideal for a parade, but that didn’t seem to bother some along the parade route.
