DETROIT (WWJ) — A suspect is in critical condition after shooting himself on Detroit’s west side when confronted by police Monday afternoon following a kidnapping in Garden City.
Detroit police officers were called to a home on Penrod near Warren and the Southfield Freeway regarding a possible kidnapping involving a 13-year-old child from Garden City.
