NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A multi-vehicle crash caused major delays leading up to the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Tuesday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the east right lane and right shoulder are closed on I-64 near Granby Street. Traffic backups in the area are currently 1.5 miles.
Traffic cam of the area shows heavy traffic, as well as the road blocked off.
