TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – There was a heavy police presence near Park and Valencia in Tucson on Tuesday, Feb. 25.
A 13 News photographer on the scene said at least one TPD vehicle was blocking the entrance to a dirt lot. In that lot, there were several more TPD units with flashing lights.
