DENVER (KDVR) — A driver was arrested and now faces charges, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office reported, alleging that he pulled a gun on another driver while his child was in his car.
Deputies on Monday responded to the area of Highlands Ranch Parkway and University Boulevard to a report of felony menacing, the sheriff’s office said in an X post on Wednesday . The victims told deputies another driver pointed a gun at them while they were both exiting C-470 onto University Boulevard.

“Pointing a gun at someone during a road rage incident will never end on a positive note; we will track you down and arrest you,” the sheriff’s office said on X. “It is a crime and definitely not worth a trip to jail just because you are angry at the other driver.”
Deputies did track down the other driver, according to the sheriff’s office, and reportedly found a gun in his vehicle. They arrested him, and he now faces charges of felony menacing and child abuse since deputies said his child was in his car at the time…
