Some faces of people in Main Event police shooting video to be blurred

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (KDVR) — More is becoming public about the next steps in the case involving the release of video involving a deadly officer-involved shooting in Highlands Ranch.

On Friday, it was ordered that some of that video will be blurred out before the public has a chance to see it. The portions to be blurred out include the faces of a lot of people who were in the parking lot the night of the shooting.

Seabron’s grandmother was among those welcoming the news. “And with that, I wanna say that he loved people. He had a contagious smile, and he loved life,” Seabron’s grandmother Suci Martinez said.

The 23-year-old was shot and killed by a Douglas County Sheriff’s Deputy. Investigators say he was armed during the shooting, which happened in the parking lot of the Main Event Entertainment Center in Highlands Ranch…
