One woman was killed Friday in a shooting outside a King Soopers in Monument, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Witnesses called 911 at around 12:20 p.m. after a man walked up to a vehicle in the parking lot and opened fire, Sgt. Kurt Smith said in a briefing Friday afternoon.
