AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Happy Saturday! Today will be fairly nice once again with sunshine and highs well above normal. Tomorrow features a much more active forecast. There is increasing likelihood that some people will see some scattered showers and storms. Toward the east, some of these storms could be strong to severe. On the backside of the system that is giving us the storms, winds will pick up significantly out of the SW at about 25-35 mph, drying us out and increasing the fire risk.
