Love is in the air – and on “The Price is Right”! Recently, announcer George Gray brought a whole new meaning to “come on down” with a playful proposal. When contestant Amy from Philadelphia mentioned her search for a husband, Gray seized the moment, dropping to one knee and popping the question: “Would you be my big wheel?”

The studio audience erupted as Amy enthusiastically accepted, sealing the deal with a hug and a kiss on the cheek. While the proposal was all in good fun, it highlighted the heartwarming and often unexpected moments that make the show a beloved classic. Model Rachel Reynolds summed up the sentiment perfectly, exclaiming, “That’s awesome!”

This lighthearted exchange wasn’t the first time romance blossomed on “The Price is Right.” Another contestant, Kyle, orchestrated a genuine proposal to his girlfriend watching from home.

Although he didn’t make it to the big wheel as planned, the show’s producers arranged a special segment for him to propose. With ring in hand, Kyle declared his love, and his girlfriend’s ecstatic reaction, captured on camera, brought another touching moment to the show’s history.

Host Drew Carey, ever the comedian, quipped to the camera, “Well, I don’t know you, but you gotta say yes after all this!” And she did, creating a memory for the couple and viewers alike.
