OHIO — The Ohio State Highway Patrol in Steubenville is investigating a fatal utility terrain vehicle (UTV) crash that occurred on State Route 342 in Freeport Township, Harrison County.
According to officials, the crash happened on February 28 at approximately 10:09 p.m. when the UTV left the roadway, overcorrected, and overturned, ejecting two passengers before coming to a stop in a nearby field.
Breanna L. Arthurs, 28, of Wellsburg, WV, was ejected from the vehicle and was not wearing a safety belt. She succumbed to her injuries at the scene…
