LONGMONT, CO – In-N-Out Burger is set to make its debut in Boulder County with a new location in Longmont. The popular California-based chain recently purchased land near Ken Pratt Boulevard and Harvest Moon Drive, adjacent to Costco, for $1.84 million. Plans include a 3,860-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru and an outdoor dining space spanning 1,100 square feet, accommodating about 112 guests.
The fast-food giant submitted its initial development proposal to Longmont officials in March 2024, followed by a virtual neighborhood meeting. In November 2024, city planners approved a conditional site plan, according to BizWest. While no opening date has been announced, In-N-Out’s construction timeline typically takes six months after breaking ground.
