NEW ORLEANS — A teen was shot in New Orleans East on Mardi Gras Day, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
Police said the shooting happened in the Little Woods neighborhood in the 14600 block of Emory Road around 1:55 p.m.
NOPD said it was an “aggravated battery by shooting” in a release. EMS is on the scene…
