The 34-year-old woman driver connected to the incident that happened in April of 2024, was arrested, charged, and later released for Driving Without a License, Habitual Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of an Intoxicant, and Negligent Injury in the First Degree.
The woman turned herself in to the Pearl City substation. She was later released on a $100,000 bail…
