MIAMI, Fla. (CBS12) — A South Florida man turned $20 into $5 million from playing a scratch-off game.
The Florida Lottery announced on Tuesday that Miami resident Nathaniel Wrigley claimed a $5 million top prize fromthe $20 Gold Rush Limited Scratch-Off game.
