“Obsession. Jealousy. Calculated violence,” is how Lucas County Prosecutor Jessica Worley began her opening statement in the attempted murder trial of Sean Landis.
Mr. Landis, 53, is accused of attempting to kill Christophe Diezma and Zachary Hutchings. His trial started Tuesday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.
Mr. Hutchings worked with Mr. Landis when the two were employed at Goldman Sachs, the prosecutor said. Mr. Landis was Mr. Hutchings’ supervisor. The two men had a short-term relationship during which they went out a few times and “they hooked up a few times.”…
