Tragedy struck the Dallas community on Sunday when officers responded to a shooting that left one man dead and another injured. The Dallas Police Department revealed that at approximately 6:45 p.m., they were called to the 7800 block of Ferguson Road, where 39-year-old Arvey Cruz Ortega was found shot to death. Another man sustained injuries but was treated and released at the scene.
In the chaos that unfolded, 22-year-old suspect Jonatan Espinoza allegedly also assaulted four officers. None of the officers required medical attention following the altercation.
