A Florida man accused of killing a Rhode Island native may receive the death penalty.
NBC 10 has learned that the victim Laura Willsey is listed as a confidential informant in newly released police documents.
Willsey was living in West Palm Beach, Florida when she was reported missing in July. According to police, Willsey was murdered by 56-year-old Todd Reichert.
