According to the Cleveland Police Department, on May 25, 2015, around 1:00 am, 14-year-old Chelsea Hill was a pedestrian crossing Carnegie Avenue near East 40th Street when a dark colored, 2000 or newer model 4-door sedan with chrome-trimmed handles and accessories struck and killed Chelsea.
Grainy surveillance video captured the car dragging Chelsea several feet. The driver never stopped and has never been identified.
