LOS ANGELES – A pedestrian who was struck and killed on the westbound Santa Monica (10) Freeway in the Mid-City area of Los Angeles was identified Thursday by county authorities.
The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as Dylan Turner, 44. Turner was pronounced dead at the scene.
The collision was reported at around 8:34 p.m. Monday, just east of La Brea Avenue, where California Highway Patrol officers found the victim in one of the freeway lanes, Officer Sergio Garcia told City News Service…
