LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — FBI Louisville is warning people of an increase in violent online networks.
The FBI said networks like 764 target and exploit minors and others into producing or live streaming acts of self-harm, animal cruelty, sexual explicitness or suicide. The networks use threats, blackmail and manipulation to extort or coerce victims.
