The Petaluma Police Department made an arrest on Sunday, stemming from a call about a driver suspected of intoxication. The incident occurred on Sunday at around 2:54 PM after dispatchers were alerted by a community member to a driver swerving on the road, as per the Petaluma Police Department.
The driver, identified as 65-year-old Karen McFallMurray from Larkspur, was given a field sobriety test by officers, who reported her blood alcohol content (BAC) was found to be .28%, more than three times over the legal limit.
