OHIO — Hundreds of thousands of Ohioans are suing Gov. Mike DeWine, saying he withheld federal unemployment funds during the pandemic.
They await a ruling from an appeals court, and their attorney said and time is of essence with the country’s next budget hanging in the balance, there is a risk of losing it all.
