JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Fantastic weather today with mostly sunny skies and calm conditions. Overnight lows will drop to the low or mid-40s. Tomorrow will be warmer with winds blowing in from the south at up to 25 mph. Highs will top out in the mid-70s Friday.
The weekend will bring more changes. Storms are possible Saturday afternoon and night through early Sunday morning. There is a low-end risk for severe storms along the Highway 84 corridor. Any storm that becomes severe could contain hail or damaging wind gusts.
